Terms of Service
1. Provider and agreement
These terms govern TradeMinds accounts, EdgeChats and related services at trademinds.app, provided by TradeMinds LLC, a company registered in the United States. Contact support@trademinds.app. Review these terms before creating an account or purchasing a service. If you cannot accept them, do not create an account or purchase the service.
For apps obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the software license unless a valid custom EULA is supplied through the App Store. These terms describe our account and service relationship and do not replace that license or mandatory Apple purchase rules.
2. Features and accounts
EdgeChats provides on-device AI conversations. Model downloads, sign-in, entitlement checks, purchase restoration and diagnostics require network access. Feature availability depends on device capabilities, downloaded models, app version, region and the plan shown at purchase. Trial allowances and paid limits are described in the current offer; do not assume unlimited or lifetime access unless expressly offered. The website Laboratory translator uses online Cloudflare Workers AI and account-based translation history; it is not an offline feature.
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the service with any parent or guardian authorization required by law. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
3. Prices, subscriptions and cancellation
The purchase screen and payment confirmation show the product, billing period, price, currency, applicable taxes and any introductory terms. A recurring subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal under the payment provider’s rules. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal; Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in Apple account subscription settings; use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to buy. Website purchases are processed through Stripe where offered; manage renewal using the website account and payment portal. The purchasing channel controls cancellation and refund handling. Apple refund requests are made through Apple; for website billing questions contact us. Applicable statutory refund and consumer rights remain in force.
Cancellation generally stops the next renewal and leaves access until the paid period ends, subject to refunds or the displayed offer. Deleting the app, signing out or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel a subscription. We will provide notice of price changes as required by applicable law and payment-platform rules.
4. AI limitations and acceptable use
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. Check important facts and review output before relying on or sharing it. The service does not provide professional medical, legal or investment advice, promise returns, or replace qualified advice. Do not rely on it for emergency response or other decisions requiring guaranteed accuracy.
Use the service lawfully. Do not infringe others’ rights, upload content you have no right to use, distribute malware, compromise security, fraudulently obtain entitlements or interfere with the service. Restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law or open-source licenses expressly grant.
5. Content, privacy and third-party components
You retain rights you hold in your inputs. We do not claim ownership of your private conversation content. You authorize only the processing needed to provide features you request. Rights in AI output depend on applicable law and third-party rights; output may resemble other users’ output and is not guaranteed to be exclusive or copyrightable.
TradeMinds branding and proprietary software remain owned by their rights holders. Downloaded models, open-source libraries and external services may carry separate licenses and terms, available with their distribution or provider. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing; accepting these terms does not replace any separately required consent or device permission.
6. Availability, termination and data
We work to keep services available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or preservation of every local file. Keep your own copies of important material. Updates may change features; if a paid service is materially reduced or discontinued, we will provide notice and any remedy required by law.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support@trademinds.app or an available account deletion control. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risks or legal requirements, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Necessary billing, security and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Local data and backups must be managed separately.
7. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without a promise that AI output will meet every purpose or be error-free. We are responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, willful misconduct or other mandatory protections.
We do not impose an exclusive foreign court, mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory consumer remedies through these terms. Contact support@trademinds.app first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and mandatory rights in your location determine available legal remedies.
8. Changes, language and contact
We publish revisions with a new date and give additional notice or seek agreement when legally required for material changes. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights. English and Chinese versions are provided for accessibility and are intended to have the same meaning; mandatory local language and consumer rules take priority.
